To hold someone’s hand is to offer them affection, protection or comfort. Holding hands remains a sign of intimacy between friends and lovers, couples and family, keeping two people together as they navigate the world around them. It as powerful a gesture today as it was two hundred years ago. Personally, I hope it never goes out of style
Then life would have been so much easier if we only knew.
It has been weeks since my friends started to tell me to stop liking this person. No matter how I try to not like this person, the feeling just does not stop. It feels like this person has a hold on me. We’re not together, in fact, this person has a girlfriend. So who am I to that person? Only that person can answer the question.
